I am buying piece of real estate at 10K
The title examnination company told me their are clouds on the title making it an unmarketable title. However, the clouds are not so bad that I can’t get title insurance for the lowest premium policy of 25K In other words, title company will insure the title to this property for 10K… My Question.. Lets say, I buy for 10K put 3K into it and sell for 20K to a new buyer a year down the road.. Should be fine, right because I’m still under the lowest possible premium of 25K.. They wrote me a 25K policy, why wouldn’t they write the new buyer a 25K policy is my thinking.. Correct? Thanks
